Shelley leads Epiphany’s efforts at building & maintaining strong client relationships. She meets regularly with key contacts, provides training for new users, communicates updates and enhancements, and works with key leads at Epiphany to respond to inquiries and requests for assistance. All to make sure that Epiphany meets every client’s expectations and delivers the most value.
