Social Responsibility
THIS HAS TO CHANGE!!!!
In today’s busy world, it is easy to look at the world’s challenges as overwhelming. Epiphany is a small company, but we don’t think that we’re too small to make the world a better place. We believe that our passion and focus is what makes us an overwhelming force against challenges that look like immovable objects.

Epiphany’s corporate social responsibility programs are focused on fostering our employees, building our communities, and supporting on-going cancer research, especially underfunded cancers.

  • Fostering our Employees:  We foster a work environment and culture that helps our employees thrive and evolve. We strongly believe that family comes first and that everyone deserves a balanced lifestyle: not a work-life balance but a life-work balance.
  • Building our Communities:  Epiphany’s employees are encouraged to become involved in their communities on a regular basis. Our employees are engaged in their churches, schools, and local charities. As part of our community support, Epiphany provides financial resources to charities and foundations in all cities/regions in which we work.
  • Support Cancer Research:  Epiphany talks about our passion for working in the cancer arena. Beyond just working in this area, we are dedicated to supporting cancer research, both basic and translational efforts. A percentage of Epiphany’s revenues are earmarked for cancer charities and research foundations. The company’s altruistic and social responsibility efforts are cornerstones of the company’s culture.

Epiphany donates a percentage of our gross revenues to causes we care about.  Of our donations, sixty percent go to cancer research organizations, twenty-five percent go to communities our professionals live in, and fifteen percent go to our employee-directed giving.

All of our employees participate in defining the charities we support during the year.  Cancer-based charities represented over 62% of our annual giving program; and cancer together with health-related charities is just over 75% of our giving for 2014.

The remaining 25% was split into community-based giving and environmental causes (Greenbelt Alliance, Save the Bay, and Save Mount Diablo).

In today's tough economic times, not everyone can give as much as they would like.  Epiphany has been fortunate enough to increase our giving in line with our revenue so that we continue our tradition of donating a fixed percentage of our gross revenue to those causes the company and the employees care about.

If you haven't made your year-end donations yet, money, food, and other needed supplies, we hope that you'll take the time in the next week to make time for others.
